How to Add a Credit Card to a Tenant Profile

Follow these steps to successfully add a credit card to a tenant's profile:

  1. Navigate to the Desired Tenant: Access the profile of the tenant you wish to add a credit card for. Ensure the tenant profile is already created.
  2. Click the "Add New Card" Button: Locate and click the button labeled "Add New Card" on the tenant's profile page.
  3. Enter Credit Card Information: Provide the necessary credit card details in the designated fields.
  4. Submit the Information: Click the "Submit" button to add the card. If the process is successful, you will be redirected back to the tenant's page.
  5. Handling Errors: If any issues arise, a popup will display the error message. Common errors include insufficient funds or bank rejection. Even though we aren’t charging anything yet, the bank may reject due to insufficient funds.
